I was blown away by Anita's gallery! Her floral cards are just amazing! I chose her Beautiful Iris card, changing flowers and colors, but keeping her wonderful layout. The BG flowers were inked with distress inks, misted with water and stamped on mixed media paper, then I spattered a bit of ink. I die cut the panel with the stitched rectangles dies, popping the middle one up with foam tape. The foreground flowers were die cut, colored with distress markers and brushed with a watercolor brush. I stamped the sentiment, on a separate piece of paper, tucked the flowers under the popped up frame and added the sentiment and an extra leaf. Here's Anita's gorgeous card. My sweet friend, Nancy Littrell, encouraged me to add this to the CAS Watercolor Challenge for April. Here's their site if you're interested.

Oh my Gosh, Sue...Your watercolor stamping is exquisite my friend !!! I love your colors and out of the box stamping with your die cut frame. Your card is a "Work of Art" my friend and deserves a permanent frame! TFS and describing your technique. Hugs...

Gorgeous card Sue! Love how you've used the stamp and matching die to create so much depth with your daisy blooms. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!
