April’s theme is ‘Shades of Spring’. I love tone on tone stamping so yet again I found myself using it! I love Garden Green for spring! I really didn’t do too much to step this card up. I do think that using a punch for a sentiment is an easy way to add dimension to a card. I also just want to say I love this stamp set, it’s so whimsical.
I do want to note that many people use Versa Mark to get the watermark look. I however prefer tone on tone because itÂ’s darker. ItÂ’s also an easy way to add interest to any plain card stock.
Make sure to check out all the projects in this monthÂ’s creative crew gallery.

Excellent cards. I would never have put those colors together, but it seems to work for you. I, too, enjoy tone on tone and not with versamark. The sentiment is lovely on that punch.
Thanks for sharing your vision and talents.
