Today Lisa challenged to make a get well card. Funny thing is, that I just realized last week that I hardly had any get well cards and started making some. I need more already though. I'm just feverishly making card gift baskets for raffles to benefit my friend in ICU. Good news today--her kidneys are functioning again. She's off dialysis!
I just really love "Heard You Caught a Bug" for get well cards, so I pulled out the "Merci" set that I never use. Let me tell you that if you stamp this little bee enough times, he starts to lose all meaning. I love how it came together, though, and I added one bee in front of my sentiment (Angelino Vintage" font from fontspace.com), to give the card a little more dimension.

Those bees are so cute and the sentiment is perfect for your get well card.

This has a lighthearted and happy feel, good for a get-well card! I think I prefer the jar one simply because it was such a cool jar, but I know if I were sick, either would cheer me up.
