I did not choose one specific card to CASE, but rather took inspiration from Debbie's (swldebbie) style of cardmaking with whimsical images. I am a great fan of her CAS, eye-catching style with her great attention to detail - and so chose to make this card in her honor! This card here would be a good example of her style - I have many in my favorites folder. I always look forward to your cards, Debbie - thanks for the inspiration!
I stamped, die cut and colored the images - lots of MFT die cuts (the frame, balloons, pigs, etc) - embossed the inside panels of the frame for some added interest, and then assembled with dimensional tape for a 3D shadow box effect. White gel pen freckles and dots on the balloons, and stickles for sparkle of course (on the presents)!

I agree, Debbie's cards are super. I love these piggies and the design of your card. What a great frame and cute die cuts.

Debbie is a wonderful CAS and critter designer and you've done her proud with this adorable card, Maura!
I was hoping you'd see my card for todays challenges and was sure you'd know I CASED your fabulous card as soon as you did. I couldn't get your peony card(s) out of my mind and I'm really enjoying the set. Thanks for providing me with a wonderful model to follow!
