This was a fun technique! We used water sprayed through a stencil as a resist. I decided to go very CAS with this to show off my bg. The leafy branch and bird are cut from some gold metal which came from Sabrina..it's the inside of a tomato paste tube...it's pretty thin and works well for die cutting.

Wow! This is beautiful Polly! Your ghost technique looks botanical and with your metal elements, it really makes a statement. I like how you entwined the leaf stem with white frame cutout. Tomato paste tube.... hmmm... interesting concept!!

Oh, oh, I recognised your tomato paste tube straight away - it looks great on your amazing background which looks like silk brocade. Also very effective is the way you just laid the panel straight onto the card base with no matting or edging, and then simply framed over it.

Beautiful card! I love those rich greens with the gold! The tilted frame and panels really add a lot of life to your design! Sure wish we had tomato paste tubes here! You used them to perfection!

That must have been a HUGE tube of tomato paste to be able to cut both the bird AND leaf spray. That burnished gold is unlike anything you can get from metallic paper . . . I like the way you've twisted the bg pieces off center and the scattering of sequins adds some extra shimmer & shine.
