I am So Excited for my friend, Karen-Redbugdriver, having been chosen as today's Featured Stamper! She is a dear friend of mine! I Loved strolling through your gallery, Karen, but in the end I chose Peace on Earth. I just love seeing the Holy Family on Christmas cards! This was sent to me, and I couldn't help but repurpose this image! The clothing and Creche are made from the bark of banana trees and have the nicest texture. I added a rhinestone to the bright star and a matting of almost amethyst. The other stars in the sky appear to be twinkling. Karen, I wish you a wonderful week as FS! Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

you know... when I was in MN I picked up and hauled home a bunch of birch bark... ( and Iforgotaboutit) but, seeing this is such a cool thing because of that and I am so impressed you got all those pieces of clothing cut with the bark. WOW

Beautiful. Love how Karen's card inspired you to get this one out and re-purpose it so well! It is so unique; I can see why you saved it. The paper color is well-chosen. Love the addition of the rhinestone. Nicely done. TFS

This is a beautiful and magical card Roberta!! I love the bark of the banana tree - how cool!! The rhinestone in the middle of the star is perfect; your photo really showed that well. You created a wonderful card for your friend.
