I made this for the mix last Friday which was about flowers and metal. I chose to do the faux metal technique using copper ep.....I did 4 layers and while still hot, I stamped my image. It was a happy accident that it cracked....kind of like cracked glass. Next, I rubbed inka gold in blue here and there on the image. On part of the flora image, I used some orange liquid pearls. I embossed a pretty piece of Prima dp with the tulip ef and decided to rub the raised image with the inka gold as well. Some embroidery thread and a sentiment stamped in versamark, embossed in copper...popped up.

Wow! copper ep bg!!! Looks like a sheet of real metal with hints of distressing. I assume it took a lot of powder and well worth the results! The stamped image imbedded nice on the hot surface and looks fantastic with your glossy framework. Very impressive!!

This is gorgeous, Pam. Had y0u not sad I would have thought that your main panel was real copper that you had tooled. The embossed framing panel is equally as lovely . The turquoiise and copper make an outstanding combination.
