I had this background (Brusho powders and Frantage encrusted jewels) sitting on my desk so I knew that already pretty well covered the mixed mediums. I die-cut my flowers from an old foil sandwich platter, covered them with alcohol inks and then added three layers of UTEE. I sprinkled a tiny bit of glitter in the centres of the small flowers with the last layer of UTEE. The foliage is cut from the same platter, hard to tell in the photo but it is silver. I edged the background panel with some ink and black ep to add definition. The sentiment was stamped on a scrap of music background.
