For my Iris folding, I used ribbon instead of paper or cardstock, and a pattern off the internet. I printed the pattern, taped it down, and placed my die cut panel face down on the pattern. I lay the strips of ribbon accordingly, and finished it off with a sentiment and a few sequins.
An old technique, but one that always pleases the recipient! Find a fun pattern and come play along!

This is really lovely - beautiful combination of a fresh green and pink! Great idea to use ribbon. I have never tried Iris folding ~ it looks so impressive!
