For today's Colors: Real Red, Basic Black, White. Dessert: Hearts
My youngest brother will turn 50 on Valentine's Day, so this will be his card. I rolled the wheel in red, added a black border with one end punched. I used red glimmer paper for the large heart and for the smaller heart (which was red with white dots) I cut one out of black cs and added the dots with a gel pen. The black panel is popped up using foam tape. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

What a strikingly elegant card this is Roberta, and so perfect for your brother's Valentine birthday too. This wonderful background really showcases the fancy punched border and sparkly red heart. Your brother is really going to love this card mf! Hugs! ~Karen.
