Since I don't have a steady hand to cut arcs either by hand or with a craft knife, I blew the dust off of my Cameo and created the base of the card.
I also didn't have any Real Red 12x12 cardstock, so I started with two pieces of cardstock that originally measured 4x8 inches. I added an arc to one side of each, cut both pieces, scored from the straight end of each at 4 inches and then glued the "squares" together to make the base of the card. The ribbon holds the flaps together.

Love that you had to blow the dust off your silhouette... LOL! Mine is also collecting dust (although I've used it twice in the past few months). The card is gorgeous.
