For the color challenge, dessert was to use die cuts. Haven't used this die cut a lot. Not sure what kind of bird I made, it's crumb stamped on Hello Honey. TFL

That woodgrain background and the swirls and cute little birdie make me think he's snug in his nest in a tree, maybe waiting for Mama to come feed him! I love when a card inspires a story! Very sweet card!

A nest in a tree it is! I vote that way too since he appears to be snug and happy! Good choice to use the woodgrain ef for your bg, Carolyn! I'll bet Sallie could tell you what kind of bird this is~
