What happened??? Has this happened to anyone else?
The stain on the embossing folder is marked weathered wood but clearly ISN'T, however last year when I used it was. Oh well, I like aqua, but this was suppose to be gray. I wonder how many others are doing this?
Anyway this isn't what is important to me...my family. This card is for a family member for his birthday. He traded in his BMW for a truck and his suit and tie for a hat. Lol so I thought this was fitting. Hope he likes it.
Since the weathered wood stain changed colors and that was out of my control I'm considering it is gray just like to says on the bottle. Lol

How cute, I love your card. I haven't used this truck die in a while, thanks for reminding me I have it. Your embossed piece is perfect for the card. Did I tell you, I love this card? I do.

Fun!! I have found a few colors that morphed into something else when I wasn't looking. Makes me crazy!

Your cards are off-the-charts outstanding! This is So perfect for family member and love all the elements! You design with such a unique style and I love it.
Yes, I've had distress inks turn colors and never, ever use the reinkers in the pad. Antique linen reinker turns it greenish. Had a distress maker labeled corduroy that turned out to be peeled paint. But notify Ranger and they will replace it. I've had several pads that are off color- Aged paper is another one. They may ask for photos but rarely ask you to return it.
