It's been a long time since I played along with the CAS challenge and excited to join today with this fun challenge (CAS412 - Freeze).
Created the background by adding lots of water to my watercolour paper panel and then floating in two colours of distress inks. Once dry, splattered with some diluted white acrylic paint.
Added a white dotted piece of vellum for my sentiment border, heat embossed in white. And finished by adding three die-cut snowflakes.

I love the idea of a wintery birthday card. I have lots of friends who celebrate those. Your blues are absolutely gorgeous.
