When Curt saw that little Lilly couldn't find a fairy in her garden he had to step up to the plate so to speak. He loves making little children smile and him being on the large size how could she not see him in her garden. So he put on his fairy wings with his ladybug friend and off he went.
One problem, it started raining and he starting melting! Yikes! Guess he is "sweeter" then he thought. hehe
Just had to play today. Broke my heart to hear about six year old Rylee having a brain tumor. I hope Curt and friend can bring some happiness to her.....my card....
Was sitting at my desk, decided to sketch Curt and since a set of water colors were the closest thing, Curt was w/c'd. I then traced around him with a pen that happened to "bleed or melt" as I added the blue. SO I also stenciled some rain drops using crystal glaze to sort of cover up my oops! Put this panel on a black card. Done.
After I put a nice sentiment inside this will be off to Rylee. Thanks for stopping by. :0)

Oh wow Curt you have outdone yourself and you are sure going to bring a truckload of smile to little Rylee. Cathy everything about this is fabulous. Seeing a Mutnik Original in the gallery always brightens my day.

I have not been around much lately, but I am so glad that Curt decided to make an appearance this week and that I did not miss it. He is amazing as always. I really cannot see whatever it is you had to fix - great repair job!

LOL - I have the flower fairy books and there's certainly nothing like Curt in them. But they don't make me smile the way this does. I love the effect of the stencilled raindrops too.
