Die cut the garden weave flourish then colored the flowers with 3-D paint. Once dry, I dotted Alene's tacky glue on the backs (tedious - I must remember to invest in adhesive sheets) then mounted to my card base. Stamped & embossed the greeting and added small floral beadz to the edges.

Oh I love your puffy paint, I was wondering how you made those flowers! They keep coming out with the coolest stuff! I love the fancy scrolly die cuts too and those fabulous beads!
