One of the blogs I read said, if you cut the vellum longer and fold over the edges and tape the ends to the back of your card base. It worked like a charm. TFL

Fantastic CAS style New Years card Carolyn. The vellum looks amazing. I never use vellum, but this looks so good that I want to give it a try. The little gold banner for the sentiment is perfect.

A very beautiful card. I love the vellum with the gold dots along with the gold balloon. The gold really makes it look elegant and festive. Thank you, for joining us for the challenge and have a Happy New Year.

What a gorgeous card this is! Wow! The vellum with the gold dots is really fun and festive (thank you for the great tip on folding the vellum over the top to adhere it). The balloons and banner add even more to the festive feel of this gorgeous card! I love it and it is going right into my favs! Hugs! ~Karen.
