This card is the closest thing I am going to get to cold these days - it has been air conditioner weather here for weeks! Praying for cold weather to kill some bugs or we are going to have a rough Summer wearing mosquito netting everywhere.
I did the bg by painting on some Snowtex lightly to a stencil and then flecking on a bunch of it as well. Next I did my sentiment panel by stamping the Girl Swirl Heart with Versamark on the edges to look like wind. Then I pounced some chalk on it to make the swirls pop out. Fussy cut some skates and covered them in Stickles.

Good job with the pouncing, Nancy. Love those sparkly skates. Are you looking for a frozen over lake nearby so you can skate? Not likely, huh? Thanks for the Roll Tide mention. Go Bama!

What a fun card! Love the 'flecking' part and your 'fussy cutting' abilities are amazing! Wish we could find a mosquito up here! We have at least 2 feet of snow!! Want to trade??
