After cutting out letters & deer in DP, I sponge daubed them & card edge with ink. Cut burlap to size, and pulled threads for fringe look. I them glued the letters to the dk. green & dk. red CS. (Cut into 1/2" squares).
I decided to place the deer under the burlap, making the burlap/Noel the main focal point.
Finally, I added a tiny bit of sparkle with a small glass bead for the deer nose.
I really like the organic look of the burlap & kraft paper. TFL

What a fabulous card you created, Jeannie! The deer cut from designer paper is fantastic! I love the wide burlap with the vertical NOEL! Beautiful work, Jeannie!
