Do you have this years' ugly sweater all freshly laundered? I must admit, I've never been to an ugly sweater party, but my boys have. And I am forever on the lookout for the UGLIEST ugly sweater. Thought I would create my very own.
The Color Challenge this week is green, red, and white.
The Technique Lovers Challenge is a new fold, Twist and Pop. It is quite clever and addicting...cause of sleep loss engineering it. When you open the bottom, up twists and pops your four piece panel. Endless decorating possibilities.
I picked up this little Sweater set last year. Isn't it wild? As I needed a fourth for the pop up, I stamped one of the sweaters and then flipped it over and stamped the smaller crazy man image on the front...a custom ugly sweater.
I'd love to hear if you have a ugly sweater, or have been to a u/s party. If so, what was the ugliest sweater?
Even if you aren't into sweaters...don't forget to be Yourself!

I forgot to say that I loved the way used used the simple red frames on two of the panels. Sorry if I caused any sleep loss!!
Way to go creating your own ugly sweater for the front. Neither of us has ever been to such a party, if we did I think I'd be DIYing it too. I did that when DH had a Christmas sweater day in work...die-cut suitable felt shapes and stitched them on for the day. Thanks for playing along with the TLC!

I believe we've just found a Winner for this Ugly Christmas Sweater contest! And you didn't even realize you were entering a contest, now did you? Congrats for getting that TLC in their too...more ugly to view~
I have a story that happened last Friday. We were at the mall in a favorite clothing store of mine when I spotted a rack of Christmas sweaters for $20.00. I tried one on and asked my DH what he thought. Our oldest and middle sons were with us and they laughed so hard (it got contagious and I nearly wet my pants)! DH really liked it, and so did I, but with laughter from my sons, I did not purchase it. They each pointed out what they felt was 'wrong' with it. Honestly, it was all pretty silly and I missed out on a great deal.

How funny this is! Love the creativity involved in this hilarious sweater! That stamp you used on your sweater really made me laugh. I too love the embossing folder and the stamping of the sentiment. This is wonderful, Susan!

This is hilarious. I think you win the prize. I do love that green color, but I would not want to meet up with your sweater image. I love your sense of humor.
