Since the theme was fall, the colors just had to include Stampin' Up! Hello Honey, Early Espresso, and Cajun Craze.
The leaves were made using the "Crinkled Cardstock" technique. The tutorial for this can be found at: https://goo.gl/u27CQ1 on Splitcoaststampers.
The leaves were stamped using the oak leaf from the 1997 SU Fantastic Foliage stamp set. These were stamped with Early Espresso, then cut out by hand. Each leaf was then crinkled and crumpled vigorously to soften the cardstock fibers that resulted in the real leaf-like look. They were then attached with Mini Glue Dots and a wooden acorn that had been sponged with the same dark brown color was attached with glue dots as well.
The card was very easy, and only required patience to cut and crumple the leaves.
