I am on a quest to use up "leftovers." Polly had us using scraps in a Mixability Challenge and I sorted out a bunch of stuff and have been pulling piles of it at a time to throw things together. I also tried making some leaves ahead. The top right and the acorn were first done with writing on them with Elegant Writer pens then activating that with water to bleed the ink around. I also used some Vintage Photo during this part of the leave making. The one in the bg was just diecut and then soaked in coffee grounds and water. When I went to put the card together I added crosshatching with a marker. I had the frame card already cut and decided to try out putting my leaves in the foreground. I stamped the sentiment along the edges with stamped off ink and stamped in full strength on the inside of the card.

You're really taking this scrap thing to heart...lol..I love the leaves on this...I like how that elegant writer adds to the vintage feel of these. Your stamping around the frame is a great idea!
