All the measurements are given in the tutorial above. There are no fancy cuts. Actually, the card base is simply three rectangular pieces. The rest of the pieces are decorative pieces that are cut and glued... so it's pretty simple, but looks super fancy.
This card is called a "Double Z-Fold" because your card base and the "hinge" are both folded in two places to allow the card to unfold with lots of spaces you can decorate.
My base is SU Old Olive cardstock. The rest of the card is Designer Series Paper as listed above.

It's really NOT complicated, Lucinda. Just two rectangles, each with two folds. Take a look at the tutorial. The extra pieces are just the designer papers used to decorate the card. The neat thing is that it looks like you went to a lot of effort when your recipient opens it, but it really wasn't!
