I read the two Monday mornings challenges on SCS and decided to make a version of a few cards I made a couple of years ago. This time I used the Inlaid Die Cut technique so my card is flat. I smooshed several Tim Holtz ink pads onto my kraft mat and sprayed with water. I took a baby wipe and picked up the color and added it to my leaves. After the leaves dried I added more ink to the kraft mat but didn't add water. This time I pushed the leaves into the ink to add a few highlights. I die cut the leaves out of my card front and added the inked leaves to it with a piece of copy paper behind to hold it all together. I die cut the letters from the card front and added black cut letters into their place. I used the misti to stamp two other thanks to the front of my card. I popped the card front onto my base with fun foam.
TLC612: I guess I should have read the challenge a little better or popped up the leaves. Sorry.
Edited to add another card that fits the TLC a little better. I stamped the MFT Thanks (Sending Thanks set) 5 times using my Misti and then stamped the Many thanks (MFT Fillable Frames #1 set) with my Misti in between the Bigger Thanks to create my background. The leaves were left over from the first card.

Beautiful CAS cards for Fall, Irene, and a great way to achieve the colors on the leaves. They look fabulous. I really like the inlaid technique you used. Both cards are fabulous. I bet the TN mountains have been gorgeous this year.
