This was inspired by a YouTube video (scrapbooking station's "unique techniques with acetate II"). I used a piece of cardstock measuring about 4 1/4" by 5 3/4", (portrait) folding the top down 1/4" which made it a typical A2 size. I dry embossed the acetate and adhered it to the top of the cardstock by the 1/4" flap. An old piece of calendar stamped with a sentiment was adhered to the base. A piece of ribbon was wrapped around the top flap with a bow stuck on to hide the join.
If the directions sound random to you, you really need to watch the video from scrapbooking station. Her cards are just beautiful. If these directions DO make sense to you, go watch the vid anyway. 😃 It's inspiring! TFL!
