Bev Polen aka guneauxdesigns is the new Featured Stamper this week. I love Bev's work and she is such a gem, always commenting and leaving love on cards.
I ran across this beautiful card Bev created during the Falliday Fest and the tree brought to mind a tree frame I had and wanted to use. FF16UnderstandBlueA, NY Fall by guneauxdesigns at Splitcoaststampers She stamped, stamped, and stamped some more to get her leaves on her tree. It was awesome. Of course, all I did was punch out some leaves...taking the easy way.
I did the background with Brushos using some wonderful Fall colors. The deer was cut from another die frame I have. I decided to emboss the frame with a woodgrain folder and really like it.
Bev, enjoy your time as Featured Stamper. It is so deserved.

Oh, Brenda, what an outstanding fall card! The background is gorgeous and you did a remarkable job with brushos! I love the tree with the falling punched out leaves. Oh look at the warmth and wonderful fall colors. lovely bg for this lil guy out having a stroll, perfect for the silhouette. I love fall too but am slowly getting sadder as more of the leaves are falling and then the bare trees...which can be pretty too but just not as colorful...TFs..:0)
