FF16ashjoy = not everything is what it seems. Take an image/stamp set that is meant for a holiday and use it for another holiday/occasion.
I used today's Sketch Challenge for the format(changing the orientation to a vertical) and made a birthday card from a TT set(minus holiday greeting) that was meant for Christmas.

You've coloured this image so beautifully Sallie! Love the green washed background and the white highlights. Your signature gold edging sets it off superbly! Great take on the challenge. Masculine and winter birthdays are both themes that get lost in a sea of flowers and Christmas usually! :-)

Holy cow, Sallie! This is absolutely gorgeous! (and masculine). I love your snow covered pine cones--actually I just love every single thing about this beauty!

This is perfect for both challenges!! Love your coloring of the pine cone image as well as using this for a holiday birthday (we have many of them in our family). Thanks for the inspiration!

Very pretty Sallie!! I like the way you did the image, but it's some of the extra details that make it stand out so nicely for me. I like the gold trim and sentiment, and I really love the sponging that warms up the edges of your card.
