I found a coloring page with an umbrella and used it to make an embroidery pattern, I colored it with pencils and put some paper roses in the umbrella, a Joyeux Anniversaire sentiment and some more flowers to finish

How sweet is this! Those little dainty embroidered leaves are so beautiful, and then the added roses for dimension make this such a sweet treat. You are amazing with the embroidery you do - I hope everyone who receives those cards appreciates the time and effort in them!

GASP!!!! Snietje this is so incredible. You have turned a simple colouring page into a mini work of art. Your stitching is exquisite and the colour palette gives a beautiful vintage feel to it. I hope you frame this!!
