I'm using a bg from last week..stenciled with ink sprays and acrylic paint. The tree was made by cutting out a triangle and smearing a red gelato and spritzing that with water. I added gold embossed edges and stenciled gold dots. This will be for a friend who has a December birthday.

I'm fascinated by that spectacular background, Polly! The color and texture are fantastic. Love the fun design of this card and the added gold embossing is the perfect touch on that tree.

Polly, I love the bgs you're creating. They have such interesting patterns and textures. Great layout with the patches of red and the triangular tree mimicking that cute snow-woman's umbrella. Fun card!

The background is fantastic, but the snowman is so uber cute - love him! Wonderful card for a December birthday!
