This card really came together nicely for me. My sister in law just finished her last radiation treatment for breast cancer. She had told us about the pink robe with anchors on it that she wore during her treatments. She said the anchors helped steady her.
The other day I was in TJMaxx and saw a wooden sign that said "Hope Anchors the Soul"and it reminded me of her. Then the CAS challenge this week was pink ribbon and the technique this week was bandana so this card was just meant to be.
I struggled with the sketch. I just don't think it came out quite right, but my main problem is that I don't own a good white gel pen. I had to use white distress paint. I like this bandana look and I will do it again but I will invest in a white gel pen and give my bandana more of a pattern and less randomness.

What a meaningful sentiment! I love that you could incorporate so many personally important details into your card! The bandana background is delightful! Love the colour combination white, black, and pink too!

Oh my, what a fantastic job of combining the challenges! Your card is awesome and the sentiment is so true. So sorry about your SIL! Give her my well wishes. I know what she's experiencing! God bless her!

Oh, I bet your SIL will love and appreciate this so much. It's beautiful!! And without a white gel pen I think you did an amazing job for the TLC. Thanks for trying it out even without ideal supplies.
