It's me again to play along with a cool sketch challenge! I adore this layout and will make plenty of cards using it, thank you cathymac!!
I used a variety of stamps from multiple companies:
Balloons, Celebrate: SU PP
Ruler: SU wheel
Number dots: Tim Holtz
Interior sentiment panel (right): Fiskars Birthday Wishes
&: SOA and heat embossed
AGE... : Computer generated, my own words
Yellow scallop punch from scrap Bazzil cs
Card base: AG embossing folder (actually Christmas themed but don't think it's too obvious, nor may not show well in the photo)
I am so pleased with how this turned out, and love adding yellow to simple black and white cards for just a pop of color. I will absolutely be making multiples of this card in a few color choices. Oh, of course I made a coordinating envelope. ;)
TFL!

This looks terrific Deborah. The yellow looks fabulous with the classic black and white. I bet the lucky recipients of your cards keep their envelopes too. I love the sentiment, I am 21 with an additional 40 years experience. Hugaroonies mf.

Love both your take, and Susie a's above, on birthdays! Fantastic card both inside and out. Super envelop decoration as well - that is something I never do and it looks so wonderful here!
