This is my sample for Lisa's WTUI challenge - find out about it here: HERE
This truckload of thanks headed to Julia as a thank-you for a wonderful, unexpected RAK she sent me which made my week, and the Bendi Fold tutorial was perfect for setting the pick-up in a little scene. I used scraps of paper for the mountains, layering them on the back panel.
The middle panel was sponged with green and has some trees on it - they were cut from both scraps of DP and Bazzill, with the Bazzill ones being embossed. The foreground panel was masked and thesponged with dark brown and green, and stamped with Shore Thing and Gorgeous Grunge to make a dirt road - and I confess that the fox was added to cover up some glue that went astray - but he's pretty cute.
The truck is coloured with pencils and fussy-cut. The sentiment was stamped on a square sponged with brown and with lines drawn on to make it look like a packing crate. I remember once when, as kids, we found three motorcycle packing crates at our local dump and were able to bring them home. The wood was a little bit prone to splinter but we got such use out of them, they were bigger than anything we'd had to play with before!

Sabrina, I love how the curves of the card create the road for that cute pick-up. This is such an adorable scene, with fun textures for your trees and the sun.

I love this truck and really love how you used it. This scene reminds me of driving through some wonderful wooded parks here, they are such a great get away from the every busy life. I bet Julia is going to just adore this stunning card. I have not tried this fold yet but it is on bucket list of folds I want to try. Super cute Sabrina.

This is one of those folds that I keep looking at and have never given a try! The scene you have created with your Bendi-fold is so clever and creative, Sabrina! Love the mountains, the texture on the trees and the sentiment even looks like a road sign!

Sabrina - this is SO CUTE! Sometimes a misplaced glob of glue can be our best friend cause that adorable little fox sure looks like he belongs right there in your forest of textured trees.
