I didn't have a chance to go thru the gallery for this challenge beyond Susie's (still have to finish my post), and really was feeling very inadequate.
I was literally in bed thinking of this Hanukkah themed card. Why you ask: last year I cut at least a dozen+ Star's of David, and what popped out were hexagons, lots of hexagons!
Fast forward: I had this tin from Archivers for many years and embossed the panel you see way back then so I could see how well it embossed. I remembered I had it, and where it was, Voila, instant card! I jump out of bed to get this done.
The Metallic card stock was special ordered for wedding invitations I made, and have plenty left over. I LOVE this heavy weight pearlescent cs. Here's the website if interested: https://www.paperandmore.com/product...ck-107lb-cover
Heat embossed with detail silver ep.
Cut two thin strips of same cs for a little more interest.
The inside is simple...white cs with double line border with a silver ink pen and a small double line Star of David from the same FSJ set.
Not as creative as the few I saw, but one I can be proud of. ;)

What a great layout, I like the little narrow strips of embossed tin and now you make me want to try embossing one if my salvaged tomato paste tubes! They die-cut like butter, but I've never thought to emboss them) in combination with the wider strips.
At first I thought you were going to say you still had the hexagons from last year, and had pieced them together. I was very impressed, but I still am even if that wasn't the case. How cool that you have an extra negative hexagon in the menorah!!

This is gorgeous! What beautiful Hanukkah stamps on this card. I especially like that they are embossed in silver - gorgeous! And that embossed hexagon tin is lovely too. Fabulous card of which you should be very proud!
