This is one of two cards that were in fact inspired by our wonderful featured stamper Marg Mortimer (margscardcrazy). I love the serenity of the pine trees. Here's my inspiration: Yuletide Trees by Margscardcrazy at Splitcoaststampers
*Stamped panel with Heartfelt Creations Magnificent Spruce Trees
*Embossed card base with Darice ef (name ??)
*Using scrap for first layer and cut crepe paper for second layer
*Die cut deer, colored deer, embossed with clear ep (looked to flat)
*Punched bird is from "extras" stash
The panel was too flat in my opinion so I added a frame for the focal panel but then there wasn't much room for the sentiment. Luckily I remembered Altenew Birch Land stamp set had small sentiments...this was a perfect fit for the frame. I embossed it on vellum and cut it to size.
The deer and bird are popped up with foam tape.
There's a lot going on here and originally was making a 5x7 card but wanted to use some scraps I had lying about which is why I had to change the orientation of the sketch.
I'm pleased with the results and hopefully won't be needed any time soon.

Oh, Deborah, what a beautiful card, and I too hope you don't have to use it soon. I love how you've CASE'd Marg's card. It's wonderful with the great texture and wonderful bird and fabulous deer that shines! Beautifully done! Hugs, sweet friend! (and some hugaroonies too!)
