I had to make one more trip to Jan's Tickle a Teapotter Red Ruby Town because the Mad Hatter insisted on crashing the party!
Stamped teapots and cups for bg, sprayed with water and sprinkled watercolor powder. Used waterbrush to make sure the teapots had red accents. Stamped, colored and fussy cut Mad Hatter image. Cut some scallops and scored lines for the table cloth. Stamped and cut the caption to complete. TFL
