This is what happens when you order a awesome stamp set and you are anxiously waiting for the mail lady to deliver it to you. I LOVE Christmas!! Not the gifts but the whole spirit of the season and I think that this stamp set really helps one feel it!
I made a home made template for the house with cork board that has adhesive on the back of it (that came in really handy!) I stained the board with antiquing ink then I stamped creamy caramel on it with the Weathered BG and embossed the entire house clear embossing powder. I used the SU circle cutter to make the opening to the birdhouse. I also doubled up the stoop and the roof edge to give it more dimension. I arranged the die cut pine branches behind and in the hole portion of the house. I then stamped the SNSS Cardinal stazon black from the Christmas joy stamp set along with the sentiment which was Chocolate Chip. I used the SNSS Christmas Joy die cut to make sure I didn't ruin the awesomeness of this bird ;) After it was all assembled I added the flocking and glitter. I hope you enjoy Christmas in July as much as I do!! TFL
