I'm continuing to have fun with my new sunflower stencil. This time I dry embossed the image using my stencil in my Big Shot. For the "sandwich", check out my blog post.
Once the image was embossed, I sponged over top with distress inks.

This is so pretty! The dimension you've achieved is spectacular and you're gradient sponging of color is wonderful. Don't stop playing, your creations are lovely, and thank you for sharing the sandwich recipe for stencils!

We're both late but you can always be late with the remarkable cards you bring to the gallery, Loll. That stencil is amazing and so is what you've done with it. xx

Wow! This is such a gorgeous card! I am surprised to read you ran this stencil thru your die cutting machine, then sponged it - impressed really! Your sponging is perfect with no stray colors going into the recessed areas. I love the sentiment you paired with this gorgeous sunflower! ~Karen.
