To make my frame. I used the rectangle frame die from Impression Obsession. this is a great die because it cuts 7 different frames that can be inlaid. I used 3 of them for my card and cut the frames in black and layered them on my white card base.
My sentiment is from the Waltzingmouse set "half pint heroines".

Mary, this is gorgeous. I love that you kept the three frame sections together as it adds interest. I like to do the same thing. And the frame is so perfect to highlight that wonderful sentiment.

How nice to see you in the IC today, Mary. I didn't see your frames at first. That sentiment caught my eye immediately. I need that sentiment ASAP for my daughter and DIL. Your card is beautiful, elegant and just so special with that sentiment.
