This is for today's F4A, 'What's Your Interest'. What are my interests? LOTS of things. First, I'm retired & that's just the BEST thing! I love spending time with family. I like to read & play some games on my tablet & surprise ... I like to make cards. This requires a do-over because I was impatient about letting the glue dry, as you can tell it's smeared onto the acetate. But this is going to be a teaching card, so my friends will learn to wait since they can see what happens. My sequins also stuck to the glue & that's what I was trying to 'fix'. sigh ...
Thanks for stopping by.

I have had that same thing happen to me more than once when making shaker cards! I blame this on my impatience! That said, This is a wonderful design and I love the sentiment to go with the sunshine shaker window.

Yay, I love these shaker cards! This is super colorful and fun! Another lucky retired person, oh I envy you! This is great and I know you will make more now that you learned from your mistakes, eh? I always do that too! Thanks for playing!

Impatient? You? I can't believe it. I don't point out the boo boos anymore. I just hope no one notices. I had to look hard for yours. You are braver than I am. I don't think i will ever make one of these. Thanks for uploading "anyway". It's a nice cheerful card.

Oh, I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one! Some of my mistakes can be covered up, but many fill the trash can! LOL! I, too, like the embossed clouds inside the shaker!!

if I had a nickle for how many times I have been there and done that... ( and its always at the very end of the card making process too) That is cool that you have people to share the lesson with. I love the subtle clouds in the sky through the window a great deal. tfs

Well you are braver than me...I have never tried to make a shaker card. I love the idea of the sun with the cut out center. The sequins look like the sun is glistening.
