Here is my first try at a flower vase. I didnt have a few of things that I was supposed to have, so I had to get "creative". I made the vase with paper from the oh baby basic grey line. I just folded it into thirds and taped it up. Then I used popsicle sticks on the inside to make it sturdier. I was supposed to have dowel rods for the stems but I didnt have any. So I went out back and pulled some sticks from the yard and used those instead. Each flower is cut out and altered, somehow. Some embossed. Some stitched. Some glittered. This took me ALL day to make, minus still being a mom!
This is going to my daughters teacher for teacher appreciation week, I hope she likes it!
