What I'm trying to IMAGINE is how my DH would react if I ever bought a $7K dress. Yikes those are expensive fashions - GORGEOUS, but expensive.
When I saw this coat I thought of Blue Jays - beautiful birds, but loud and pushy.
I nested two rectangle dies on the front of the card, placed a rubber mat over them and ran through my die cut machine so that they embossed rather than cut, leaving me with a nice frame without layers.
No stamps - I cut the bird from a piece of white card stock, drew the face, marked the tail and colored the rest of the bird. Die cut the sentiment, assembled and added three sequins.

Perfect choice from your inspiration piece - the Serendipity dies are fabulous - your blue jay is awesome!
