One of my four Christmas cards for the March challenge - Christmas village, including, doors, windows, houses.
The stamp was placed on the MISTI and inked with GKD Kraft ink. After stamping, I used several water based green markers to color the stamp (still in place on the MISTI). I used a small paintbrush and plain water to move the color a tiny bit. When I was satisfied, I applied Memento London Fog to the stamp with a cat's eye ink pad, concentrating the ink on the door and trying to avoid the greenery.
I partially embossed the piece, and to add some color, used a finger to lightly apply pastel chalk over the embossing and across the bottom.
The green die cut frame is adhered with foam tape for dimension.
As always, thanks for looking!

Love the special effects of adding the ink to the stamp in your MISTI - really looks exquisite! The deep bold red and green colors you chose make this so beautifully traditional!!

I have an image setting on my counter to stamp tomorrow. Why am I telling you this? Because I love uncolored images. There's something about them that speak to my heart. This is a great card. Love it
