My card is a "three-fer." This week's tea party is for Kim. She turns 15 on April 5th. Please help us shower her with birthday cards and brighten her day. This card is also for this week's technique challenge to use three or more layers on your card.
There's still time to play in the March VSN Here Comes the Sun, all the challenges can be found HERE. This is for Merla's VSN challenge to use something new. I'm using new pp, baker's twine and bling for my card. Stamped, colored and fussy cut image. Die cut labels out of parchment cs and flowers from vellum. Used alcohol ink to sponge labels and color flowers. Used gel pens and gems for some added gleam. Stacked four labels and the girl, used baker's twine and gold thread to attached sentiment label. TFL

That is a great image to use for a teenager! I really like all the layers and those vellum flowers (file that idea away..I never use my vellum). Your gold twine mixed with the bakers twine looks really cool, too.
FYI-You need to put another M in your keyword for the Teaparty...it wasn't showing up in the gallery.

Great job with all the challenges! This is beautiful and looks like a good card for a teenage girl. Love the girl image on the clouds and the wavy background. Nicely done. TFS
A very 'new age-y' feel to this card. Love all the layers...she seems to be floating in the air. Kim is going to feel very special to receive all this attention on her 15th birthday!
