A for-fun card. I stamped the World Over stamp on Monday and coloured it with Inktense pencils. Last night I made the base - die-cut the front of the base layer, and the strip of pearlescent card to match; then I backed the strip with shimmer paper.
The base was sponged with distress stain in Peeled Paint.
For the background, I stamped Medallion in yellow and embossed it with clear EP. Then I laid the stencil over and sponged with yellows. Before removing the stencil I rubbed microglaze in, to act as a resist.
Removed the stencil, misted the piece and sanded watercolour pencil all over, wiped it, misted again and then sprinkled with Brusho in blue.
I cut the image panel in a partial circle, matted on Lacy Circle, tucked it under the border and added all this to the base. It's finished with a bling flower and some white gel pen accents.

This is so amazing, Sabrina. The sun just bursts right off the page. The circle with the sentiment and flowers is such a unique look...not the standard rectangle card with more rectangles on it. What a wonderful collection of techniques.
