This is for Stash Busters 2016 Feb, week 1 challenge. For this challenge, we had to choose 3 of the following:
1. Use the Color Blocking Technique
2. Use the color pink as an accent or paper color
3. Incorporate stickers
4. Add some flowers
5. Use a tag
6. Use brads
7. Incorporate paper clips
I did #2, 4, 5, 6. I've had the birthday patterned paper and the tag for ages. I ran across the paper the other day and thought it would go well with my daughter's 6th birthday party photos. I pulled everything else in based on that specific paper. I used the flowers and brads to top my 'party hats'.
I used a sketch from scrapbook generations.

Love the giant party hats--and if you change the patterned paper then you could easily turn them into Christmas trees. Love the bold, bright colors on this
