This is my first time doing this challenge and IÂ’m coming in the backdoor of the hen house. No rooster. Last month, I made a flock of shaped chickens for a chicken-themed card exchange. Not everyone showed up, so I have a lot of chickens left over. I am looking for ways to use up my chicken cards. When I saw this challenge, I thought perhaps I could repurpose one of my chickens onto a card then at least part of it was made specifically for this challenge. There is no rooster, but I used a bit of humor about a rooster. Close enough?
The details about the card base are listed in this upload.
In case you’re wondering – there’s a cute rooster clip-art on the inside of my card with the answer to the question. Q: Which side of the rooster has the most feathers? A: The outside Ha, ha, ha!
Humor is an effective way to cheer someone up. I hope Debbie enjoys it. Thanks for looking!

Cute card, and your chick can hang out with Hennie Stamper at the Gentlemans Club. As I had rooster stamps and grabbed the hen by mistake and didn't even notice that until I took my picture. Lol I feel an anniversary theme coming, when the hens and roosters get hitched.

Diane, your hen is adorable and sweetly showcased by the silver embossed chicken wire background! How thoughtful of you to include a fun bit of humor to brighten Debbie's day!

LOL, I'm glad you gave the answer. I'm still struggling with a bug and wouldn't have been able to figure it out. Your punch-art chickie is a real sweetie and the roost you created for her is spot-on. Gotta love the embossed chicken-wire, too.
