Being that I live in Wisconsin....there's a farm around every corner I have made or submitted any cards since around 2010 so getting back into the creative grove is really something I will have to work at....it's taken me a good day and a half just sitting at my desk looking through all the inventory that's staring me in the face. I hope my mind remembers what it's like to have fun I hope you all enjoy this card because I know I had fun making it.

I'm glad you had fun making this! You've combined several sets to great effect; to my eyes that farm looks so American! The shady green tree looks great.

Welcome back to the challenges...glad you are back posting cards again! This is perfect for WI (I live in MN)! I love how you added the wire and attached it with the clips. And the popped up tree is fabulous! A great tribute to your home state.

Kari, it's good to have you back. And from the look of this wonderful card it didn't take long to find that creative groove! My husband was born and raised in Wisconsin until age 11. I love the rolling hills of beautiful farms and apple orchards. Your card is lovely using the challenge colors this week.

Glad your back.....this is perfect for the challenge. Yes, this is how many areas of our state looks. Love how you framed it on the red crackle bg. It sure looks like the barns. Thanks for sharing your little corner of the world, and hope to see more.

This certainly gives us a good idea of what your home state is about!! I'm from rural Minnesota so we could almost be considered neighbors. Great card and welcome back!!
