Well, I do not need to lose weight but my stash of dp certainly is weighty and in much need of using up! I have had this pretty butterfly dp for quite some time and do not even know it's origin! I used part of the dp on the left side and adhered to silver paper, which I had embossed. Also used some of it for the scalloped border. I then fussy cut 3 butterflies from the same dp. Punched three smaller butterflies in white c/s and added rhinestones to their centres.
This was not easy to photograph with the sheen of the dp and silver paper! TFL!

I think you did a GREAT job of photographing your card, Sue. I know how how it is to capture shimmer and shine. The DP is beautiful and you used it so wisely. Love your handcrafted trio of butterflies.

I love using patterned DP like this to create a card! Your buttterfly garden is so pretty and definitely happy-making, it has such a free, light-hearted feel.
