Peggy is our hostess this week, and she has challenged us with the bright and happy combination of Pacific Point, Cucumber Crush and Sahara Sand. The dessert option this week is Get Well Wishes.
The dessert option gave me the opportunity to use a stamp that's long been retired and that I had never used! I stamped with Cucumber Crush ink, removed the ink from the side brackets, and colored them with a Pacific Point marker.
I rarely follow sketches for my cards, and now I don't know why! I had saved this Mojo sketch as an idea for using my banner dies, another item I bought and had not used. And following the sketch made this card so much fun and so easy to put together. I really must use sketches more often!
As a finishing touch, a few sequins, including one on the chestpiece of the stethoscope.
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

the image you used is awesome Barbara-don't think I have ever seen it before-love the layout-it does make it easier to have one in advance-I like the cucumber crush dsp and lace-every time I see it I put it on my wish list (lol)

Cute and surprisingly rich looking with the colors balanced that way!

I hunted and stalked thru my stash to find that dsp, it's perfect for this color combo, but I remember using it on a class card so I must have used it all up - so purty, as is your get well card - and the sentiment paper is cool too!

That layout is indeed very nice - I used to follow sketches a lot, but have gotten out of the habit; perhaps I should start using them again more, too! I love that cute little image and the sequin embellishment is the perfect touch. Pretty papers, too.
