My DH always gets a Christmas card from the kitties, and when I came across a YouTube video with artist Baylee Jae drawing and coloring this image, I knew it was perfect. Best of all, she offered the line art as a free digi. If you want to check it out, her video is .
Her original drawing is 14 inches tall; I used Photoshop to resize it to 10 inches and printed it out. I colored it with Spectrum Noir markers and started adding the fun stuff.
The stars were colored over with a gold metallic Sharpie. I added Glossy Accents to the Christmas balls and glass beads to the garland. The packages under the tree were colored with metallic color pencils, and the ribbons and bows are either metallic or glaze Gelly Roll pens. The wrapping paper was decorated with Gelly Roll Stardust pens. This card was SO much fun to make!
As always, thanks for looking!

I think you found the perfect image for DH's card - that sure looks like your kitties all hanging out on the tree and I love the attention to every little detail on there. Really looks like a good old fashioned tree with the skirt underneath!!

Holy smokes, didn't know you added micro beads to the garland! Talk about patience! It's done so perfectly too! This image is hilarious. Can't imagine kitties with a Christmas tree but I imagine it would be challenging. HOW fun!

Friends of mine have two cats and when they were kittens, they behaved just like the ones in your image! So they had to take their tree down before Christmas! Great card - nice to see something in a different size and shape!
